I took Skyler along with me to Petco. Love the fact dogs are welcome in the store. She enjoyed riding in the car and just laid down after a bit, she handled being in the store just fine and liked looking at the toys and live parakeets. She took two treats very politely from a lady working there and made friends with a young girl. I let the girl pet her and was holding her collar because not knowing what her response would be. No worries. Skyler crawled right into the girls lap and got loved on till I had to move along.

We have only had her home three days but it seems we agree with what others who have met her have said,"she is a real sweetheart". The woman who saved her from being hit by a car at the side of the road, the shelter staff in AL, the lady who drove her part of the way up here and bathed her when arriving, the workers at the daycare she stayed at for six days before coming home to us. We all agree she is a doll. One of our neighbors even thought we should call her Dolly because she is such a doll. Oh why can't I keep them all! Nope she is waiting for you.
