Have to share a few more pictures of ROXIE/ROXANNE. She has been at our home for two months and is totally settled in. I will miss her lots when she moves along but will be happy that there is someone else out there to give her a safe place to live with lots of attention and love. She is asking for a comfy dog bed, lots of toys and some stuff to chew too. Have to keep those teeth happy. She likes shopping and visiting
at Petco so will go along with you if you want.
She co-exists with my three dogs but they do not play. Even Patton who is usually flirty with the females does not show off for her. Why? Not sure.
Her appointment with the vet cardiologist is on Monday 10/26. So soon we will know what her heart murmur means.
I have said before how perfect she is. Just so you do not think I an lying I will say I had to yell at her this past week. She was relentless in her begging as I was eating a candy bar. It was an Almond Joy, my favorite, but she climbed on top of one of my other dogs to get to me. No candy bars for dogs Roxanne! She also still hates going potty on the cold wet grass. Concrete patio or wood chips work just fine she says. So leashing her to keep her on the grass needs to be done. Oh yes she tried to follow that rule by putting only front feet on the grass and not her back end. Did not work she still peed on the patio, too funny.
I showed her kittens at Petco that were playing behind glass, bored her. She went to the vet to socialize as I had an appointment with one of my own dogs. There she saw two cats in carriers who were meowing loudly. She just looked at them and wagged her tail. So can't say for sure but seems she would be good with cats.

Showing off my tie from Heidi the groomer. |
NO I will not look at the camera, stubborn girl. |
Sad puppy dog eyes. I made her sit by this feather boa. |
She likes hanging out on the couch with us. |
